Fuel Fusion Teens Launching Saturday 16th May 2026
Saturdays don’t have to feel awkward, boring, or like you don’t quite fit in.
Fuel Fusion Teens is a free Saturday space for young people aged 13–18 where you can just show up as you are. No pressure to talk loads, perform, or have everything figured out.
It’s for anyone who wants:
• somewhere calmer and more relaxed than school or busy social spaces
• people their age to connect with
• a bit of structure without it feeling intense or overwhelming
• support with stress, emotions, confidence, or just day-to-day life
Each session includes:
• Creative activities (things you can just get on with, no “right way” to do it)
• Time to chat, or just be around others if talking feels hard
• Simple tools for when things feel overwhelming or too much
• Movement and grounding activities to help reset and regulate
• Space to think about identity, relationships, and what you want your future to look like
You don’t have to join everything. You don’t have to explain yourself. You can take your time.
This is a steady, supportive space were showing up is enough.
Fuel Fusion Teens is:

✔ Built with understanding of different ways people think, feel, and communicate
✔ Shaped with young people, lived experience, and professionals together
✔ Focused on safety, respect, and feeling comfortable just being there
Fuel Community Café is centrally located in the town centre with easy access to local bus and rail links. Nearby council parking is available for just £1.10 per day.
