Beginner friendly, this class will teach you clean isolations, juicy hip movements and how to own your divine energy. This a low impact but high intensity dance!

�Please wear comfortable clothing, sports bras are encouraged! Some Hip belts will be available to borrow but please bring your own if you have one!
