Fused Glass Class

Tap into your creative side with this fun Fused Glass Class at Skyview Lodge!

Brian Hewit will guide you through an interactive creative experience with all the supplies and instructions you need to create a beautiful fused glass masterpiece!

Create your own one of kind tree using different colors or shades of fused glass. Starting with a clear precut triangle background, you then chop up glass using mosaic nippers and then glue that glass onto the triangle background in up to three layers high to give depth. The trees are then fired in a glass kiln to 1380 degrees. Once cooled, custom wood bases will be made to fit your tree. The finished tree with stand is approximately 9” high.

Final fired mosaics will be available for pick up at Skyview on Friday, February 21st at our Wine Night Event from 6:00pm - 9:00pm.

All of the supplies, a glass of wine, and some light hors doeuvres are included in the ticket price and additional beverages may be purchased at the bar throughout the evening.

Doors open at 6:00pm.

Class will start at 7:00pm and is approximately 2 hours long.

Stick around after you have created your masterpiece and enjoy music & drinks until 9:00pm!
