Fused Glass Autumn Birch Tree – October 17

Skill Level: Beginner
In this class students will learn about the various types of fused glass. In addition, learn the basic technique of cutting glass, the use of glass tools and the application of glass paint. Students will create an autumn landscape using glass paint and crushed glass. The finished project will measure approximately 8“tall with an approximate width of 6”. Students will have a choice of colored glass and paint.
After the class, the projects will be taken to the instructor’s studio where they will be fired in the kiln. The student’s landscapes will be returned to the Guild in approximately 2 to 3 weeks after the class.
This workshop is appropriate for students aged 13 and up. All materials are included in the tuition.
