Fuse Network: Ask Me Anything: A Chick-fil-A Operator Tells All
About this Event
Ask Me Anything with Brad Spratte
What does it really take to run Chick-fil-A?
For our June Fuse Networking Breakfast, we’re sitting down with Brad Spratte, Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator, for an open and honest conversation about leadership, business, growth, culture, customer experience, and the behind-the-scenes lessons that come from nearly two decades in one of the most respected brands in the country.
Brad has been a Chick-fil-A operator for 19 years, owns two Tucker locations, and is part of a franchise system known for being incredibly selective.
This won’t be a stiff keynote or a corporate lecture.
It’s an Ask Me Anything style breakfast where local business owners, professionals, and community leaders can learn from Brad’s experience and walk away with practical ideas they can use in their own business.
What We’ll Talk About
We’ll cover things like:
- What Chick-fil-A looks for in leadership
- How Brad built and leads his team
- What business owners can learn from the Chick-fil-A customer experience
- How to create a strong culture
- Lessons from opening and operating multiple locations
- What most people don’t understand about the Chick-fil-A model
- Real-world advice for business owners and leaders
And yes… bring your questions.
