Explore the magic of fused glass in this hands-on sun catcher workshop! Learn about the fused glass process as you design and layer vibrant glass pieces to create a dazzling suncatcher. Your work will be fired in my glass kiln and ready for collection in around one week. No prior experience is required for this workshop, designed for ages 16 and up! This workshop is hosted by Lisa Hort
Lisa Hort is a talented fused glass artist based in a historic village on the Mid Coast of NSW. With a background in fine art and years of experience, Lisa creates unique and vibrant glass art inspired by Australia’s landscapes, coastlines, and nature. From stunning sculptures to functional decor and jewelry, her pieces reflect her passion for turning glass into one-of-a-kind treasures.
In addition to her artistic expertise, Lisa brings extensive experience and skills in program design and assessment. A : No experience is needed! Our workshops are beginner - Friendly, and we provide all the guidance you need

A : Please wear closed- toe shoes and comfortable clothing. Safety glasses will be provided if needed.

8 . Q : When will I receive my finished piece?
A : Your piece will need to be fired in the kiln after the workshop. This process takes 1 -2 weeks, and you’ll be notified when it’s ready for pick-up or shipping.
