Join us for the next FUSE Networking Breakfast as we take a behind-the-scenes look at how film and television production works from the location department’s point of view.
Our featured speaker is Tim Frost, Key Assistant Location Manager with Local 728, whose work includes Tulsa King S4 with King Street Productions, Inc. Tim will walk attendees through the production process from scouting to contracts, filming, and wrap-out.
He’ll also cover topics including:

- Insurance and contracts
- Budgets and expectations
- Permitting and traffic control
- Filming day logistics
- Wrap-out process
Tim will also bring printed sample production documents for reference, including sample location agreements, certificates of insurance, traffic control plans, and overheads. There will be Q&A at the end.

Julie brings expertise in location services, digital rights, content creation, and the evolving relationship between productions, property owners, and talent. About Tim Frost
Tim Frost is a Key Assistant Location Manager with Local 728, currently working on Tulsa King Season 4 with King Street Productions, Inc. Tim brings firsthand experience from the film and television production world, with a focus on the location department’s role from start to finish.
At this FUSE Breakfast, Tim will walk attendees through the full production process, including scouting, insurance, contracts, permitting, budgets, filming logistics, and wrap-out. He will also bring sample production documents, including location agreements, certificates of insurance, traffic control plans, and overheads, to help attendees better understand how productions work in the real world.
About Julie Feagin
Julie Feagin is the founder of FilmBook Media and VIPrights.ai, working at the intersection of location services, digital rights, and content creation. Through FilmBook Media, Julie created an Airbnb-style marketplace that connects residential and commercial properties with film, television, commercial, and advertising productions.
Julie’s work helps property owners and productions navigate the process from scouting and negotiations to filming, restoration, and final wrap. She also brings expertise in digital rights, AI governance, responsible NIL licensing, and the protection of talent, creators, and property owners in the digital age.
