Furniture Study Highlights Tour

Join us for a one-hour, in-person tour of the Leslie P. and George H. Hume American Furniture Study Center at the Collection Studies Center, Yale West Campus. See more than 1,300 examples of American furniture and clocks from the 17th century to the present in this facility, which opened in 2019, as well as an outstanding collection of contemporary wood art.

Registered visitors will receive a confirmation email including directions to the site, where there is ample free parking. Unregistered visitors cannot be accommodated.

Directions to the Collection Studies Center (CSC) at Yale West Campus:

900 West Campus Dr., West Haven, Conn., 06516.

After exiting I-95 at exit 42, ensure that GPS routes you into West Campus through the East Morgan Lane Gate. The CSC (Bldg. 900) is immediately inside that gate—just drive through the open gate; no need to check in with the gate guard. The gate closes just after 5:00 pm. There is ample free parking, and the CSC lobby entrance is visible down a short path beyond the blue sign. There is no need to check in at the security window in the lobby, as a member of our department will meet your group in the lobby at 12:30. Unfortunately, late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
