Furniture Painting 101 @ Farm Girl Finds

Do you want to learn how to paint furniture like a pro? Our Furniture Painting 101 Class is a fun, hands-on workshop where you’ll learn the full furniture painting process from start to finish using Dixie Belle Paint products. We’ll cover proper cleaning and prep, painting techniques, and finishing methods, plus live demonstrations on popular techniques like distressing, glazing, and waxing to help you create a piece you’ll be proud to show off.
Each participant needs to bring a small piece of furniture that you can carry in yourself and that fits within a 3’ x 3’ space. Great choices include a small bench, end table, nightstand, wooden box, or accent table.
The cost is $80 per person, which includes your choice of an 8 oz Dixie Belle paint color, use of brushes, and a painting apron. Paint must be pre-ordered two weeks prior to class to guarantee availability.
Due to drying time, you may not completely finish your piece during class, but you’ll leave with the skills and confidence to complete it at home.
Feel free to bring refreshments of your choice!
Payment is required to hold your spot (Venmo, PayPal, cash, check, or credit card). Classes are non-refundable, but you may send someone in your place. NO REFUNDS.
