Beginning her yoga practice with Denise Austin VHS tapes, Christie discovered a path to balance and connection that would help her through college, office dwelling, and life. Fueled by her love of adventure. She and her family are always on the move, soaking up the outdoors and building their own little farm. You'll spot Christie running around barefoot, grounding with the Earth and sharing fun foot facts with anyone who will listen. Her teaching style reflects a gentle, yet informative approach marrying her passion for exploration and helping those around her to maintain their meaningful movements.
