Funky, Festive, Feel-good Vinyasa Flow Yoga

🙏 Every year we gather for a light-hearted, fun, 'party' flow to burn off the Christmas excess and bring in the New Year.
🙏One of the most important aspects of our practice is not taking ourselves too seriously. This event is about exactly that. It's a celebration of this body, this breath, this BEAUTIFUL life.
🙏Session includes: Vinyasa Flow Yoga to funky party music, Meditation, Mantra, Manifestation of the things we 'd like to cultivate over the coming year, plus a beautiful long Savasana (deep relaxation).
🙏EveryBODY is welcome - experienced or brand new to Yoga - you are so very welcome. This is about celebrating life as we come to the end of 2023 and bring in anew.
