Time: Arrival at 11:30 AM | Workout Brief at 11:45 AM | Workout Begins at 12:00 PM

Workout (2 Rounds)
🏃 1 Mile Walk, Jog, or Run
💪 12 Pushups at 600m
🏋️ 22 Air Squats at 1K
(Wear a weighted vest if you have one!)
We invite you to join us for a fun and meaningful workout to honor the memory of SSG Thomas “Tommy” Lazzaro. Tommy, a proud Green Beret, tragically lost his life to a hunter’s stray bullet less than 24 hours after he and his fiancé, Kaley, discovered they were expecting their first child. This heartbreaking event occurred on December 22nd – Kaley’s birthday.
To support Kaley and their unborn child during this difficult time, we are hosting this fundraiser in partnership with the Special Forces Association.
