Please come and help us raise money for Theresa & Mark Salvaggio. We want to show them how loved they are. These two are the kindest people you will ever know. They would do anything for anyone in need so let us help them now.
Some of you may know this wonderful couple from Fire Lake Bob Seger tribute band. Mark has been singing Bob Seger music to your ears for years.
Fundraiser starts at 2pm to 8pm

Theresa’s story in her own words:
I will tell my cancer journey in how this all came about and how it definitely could have been avoided
Thirty years ago I was I in my 20’s wanting to be tanning so went to tanning booths. Over time in just a little over a year I noticed a quarter size brown spot on my back leg. I stopped pursuing tanning after that because I noticed freckles getting all over my body. I for decades didn’t pursue a tan. Of course I did nothing to get it checked out over the last 30 years. It got dark in my thirties and in my 40’s did a homeopathic medicine that appeared to take it away. It got very light colored and seemed okay. This spot is my death sentence today. It became cancer plugged up my lymph node in my right leg to a massive lump. I decided to go to a holistic doctor I was seeing instead of a hospital delaying it getting looked into. Then it became worse turned purple with sharp pains. When I finally went to a hospital 🏥 spent a month with grueling tests but they would constantly make me wait a week after each test. Unfortunately Melanoma cancer spreads extremely fast and is unpredictable. So we get called in for results from final test only to be told it’s in every lymph node in my body and is stage 4. Nothing can be done to prevent it from continuing only 5% respond to immune system treatment. So we are pursuing homeopathy with prescription but the pain that is extreme and the crippling effects remain. So my time is fleeting in my journey in life.
