Since June 2022, Sal has been the heart and soul of our kitchen. His passion, leadership, and kindness have touched every corner of our company.
If you’ve ever dined with us and been wowed by the quality of our food — he’s the reason why. Behind every perfectly cooked dish is his dedication, creativity, and care.
Now, it’s our turn to show up for him.
Recently diagnosed with colon cancer, Sal is beginning chemotherapy and a long road to recovery. As he steps away from the kitchen to focus on healing, we want to rally behind him and his family in the same way he’s always supported us.
