On July 9, I was hit by a car while riding my moped and suffered a severe fracture to my left femur. The following day, I underwent surgery to repair the break with a metal rod and screws.
I am now recovering, relearning how to walk with a walker, attending follow-up appointments, and unable to work while I heal.
