Elaine is the visionary behind Just Look Left - Creative Grant Consulting, a full-service grant consultancy partnering with Oregon-based nonprofits across the Children, Youth, and Family sector. Although Just Look Left celebrates its sixth business birthday in July 2026, Elaine's deep dive into grants began in 2009, and her team collectively brings more than 40 years of grants experience and expertise.
When she's not working, Elaine can be found wearing a variety of other hats. A few of those include Girl Mom, Wife, Nonprofit Co-Founder, Wine Lover, and English Bulldog Wrangler.
