Fundamentals of Psychodrama

Psychodrama is a theory, philosophy, and methodology developed by Dr. J. L. Moreno beginning in the 1920s and further advanced after his death in the 1970s by his wife, Zerka Moreno. Today, Psychodrama is practiced worldwide and is used in individual and group psychotherapy, counselling, education, business, and legal settings.
This workshop offers an introduction to Psychodrama through presentations, demonstrations, and experiential practice. Participants will learn and apply techniques that can be immediately integrated into professional practice, including:
* Sociometric structures for team building and creating psychological safety
* Role Reversal
* Role Training
* Future Projection for goal setting
* Additional action methods commonly used in Psychodrama
