Fundamentals of Improv Level 3- Multi-week Class

About this class:

Students will continue their growth from Fundamentals of Improv Level 2 to begin developing their own performance style and begin learning other forms beyond the Montage. By exploring a wide variety of improv skills, including game, character, walk-ons, tag-outs, openings, and callbacks, students will build a personal toolbox for their improv journey.

Each class session will run from 7:00pm-9:00pm ET, with optional time available after class to discuss and debrief.

• Week 3 (Sept 9): Let's Get Game (Part II)
• Week 4 (Sept 16): From Initiation to Scene to Callback
• Week 5 (Sept 23): All Together Now
• Week 6 (Sept 30): Finding a Form
• Week 7 (Oct 7): Finding a Form (Part II)
• Week 8 (Oct 14): Showcase Practice and Prep
• Week 9 (Oct 21): Student Showcase!

This class is in-person, but Highwire Improv also offers online classes - check out our page for other offerings!

Prerequisites: Highwire Improv's Fundamentals of Improv Level 2, or equivalent training at another theater (email us at [email protected] if you have placement questions)!
