Fundamentals of Flamenco
Join us for our Fundamentals of Flamenco class, a welcoming and inclusive space for dancers of all ages! Each month, we explore the foundational elements of flamenco while building strength, coordination, and confidence in this expressive art form.
What to Expect:
Technique & Posture
Learn the basic techniques of flamenco, focusing on posture, arm pathways, hand styling, and footwork. Students will be guided step by step to develop strength, control, and safe movement habits.
Movement & Rhythm
Explore fundamental flamenco movements including foot patterns, turns, and upper body coordination while developing an understanding of rhythm and musical structure.
Cultural Roots
Gain insight into the rich cultural history of flamenco and its traditions, deepening your appreciation for this powerful dance form.
Low-Impact Training

Pass is non refundable. Cost is $60. Class is every Wednesday at 5PM.
We only offer this class in a monthly session because we believe that if you give it a try for a whole month, you will have a better understanding of this dance style.
