Through targeted stretching, mobility exercises, and movement-based techniques, you'll improve flexibility, reduce stiffness, and restore natural movement patterns for everyday life.
You'll also learn practical stretches and mobility exercises that can easily be incorporated into your daily routine at home. Each participant will receive a take-home exercise guide to help reinforce what you've learned and continue making progress between classes.
