Join the Autism Society NWPA, in partnership with the Barber National Institute, for a warm and engaging workshop designed specifically for parents and guardians of individuals on the autism spectrum. Led by Dr. Jen Musolff, Ed.D., BCBA, this supportive evening focuses on actionable, evidence-based techniques you can begin using at home right away to help your child build independence and daily confidence.

What to Expect
Dr. Musolff brings over 20 years of experience supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities through her work at the Elizabeth Lee Black School and Mercyhurst University. Known for her compassionate approach, she will guide you through:
• Understanding Functional Living Skills: What they are and why they matter for long-term autonomy.
• Hands-On Strategies: Practical teaching methods for essential routines including safety, hygiene, mealtime, dressing, and social skills.
• Building Confidence: Step-by-step guidance to help your son or daughter navigate daily life with greater success.

Optional Workbook: Attendees will have the opportunity to purchase Dr. Musolff's Functional Living Skills workbook on-site at a special discounted price to support continued learning at home. Purchasing the workbook is completely optional and not required to attend.
