“ Function to Love” Couples Workshop

This interactive workshop is designed to help couples enhance their connection, improve communication, and foster deeper intimacy. Whether you're newly dating or in a long-term relationship, this workshop will provide valuable tools and insights for building a stronger, more fulfilling partnership.

Info: Communication:Facilitators will guide couples in identifying their communication styles and understanding how these styles impact their relationships.
Vent System (Group Counseling):The focus is on identifying root causes of recurring conflicts and providing actionable solutions for resolution.
Cold Sores (Lingering Issues):Facilitators will help couples identify "cold sores"—unresolved issues and emotional triggers that have been left unaddressed. What Do I Want, and What Does My Partner Want?In this critical session, facilitators will lead couples through a self-reflection exercise, encouraging open, honest discussions about individual desires and expectations.
Emotional Responsiveness, Engagement, and Accessibility:Facilitators will teach couples how to emotionally connect and engage with each other. Flower Your Date: an activity focused on reimagining "date night."
