Come along and have a fun and creative day making gorgeous stained glass light catchers at this very popular workshop with glass artist Kate Doig of Firewolf Glass. Kate has worked with glass for over 25 years and is a qualified and experienced tutor who has been running workshops for over 15 years.
The day includes all materials and use of equipment. Please bring an apron and wear closed in shoes. All refreshments are provided throughout the day, just bring your own lunch. You will learn how to cut glass safely, how to use a glass grinder, how to apply copper foil and how to solder it all together. There will be a choice of templates for you to use for your light catchers. This will be a fun filled day so why not come with a friend? There are limited places available so book up before they go.
This workshop is ideal for beginners as well as those who have more experience. Not suitable for children or those who are pregnant.
