Join us for a pasta-making extravaganza where you'll learn to roll, cut, and cook pasta like a pro - delicious carb overload guaranteed!
About this Event

Join us Friday, October 17th, 10am-12pm @ Carteret County Center for a pasta class!

There’s nothing quite like fresh pasta! In this class, you’ll learn how to make pasta dough, roll it out, and cut it into shapes. We’ll show you two ways, by hand and with a stand mixer, so you can pick the method that works best for you. Along the way, you’ll pick up tips for kneading, rolling, and cooking your pasta to perfection. $5 registration fee is for supplies.
