Fun Fitness Clinic for Horse and Rider
With Heather Lewis BHS APC
In this session we look at improving the fitness and suppleness of both horse and rider using a variety of exercises:
• Suppleness and balance for the rider
• Suppleness and cardio work for the horses
• Finishing with an Equi Disco!
It is designed to be fun but at the same time work horse and rider to improve core strength, cardiovascular fitness, balance and muscle tone.
This clinic will be suitable for all levels.
Brush the dust off your leg warmers, try to recollect all the actions to 'The Macarena' and join us for a fun and active session! 12 spaces available ranging from £25-£30 depending on group size
