Allow yourself to be immersed in the relaxing, meditative and stress relieving vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, steel tongue drum and soothing Koshi chimes.
Stresses and strains drift away as you deeply relax and allow the gongs to take you on a journey, whether deep sleep, meditation or a dreamy relaxed state. The Gong Bath can leave you feeling calm, refreshed and rejuvenated.
