We still have some seating available for walk-ins and keep rotating tables throughout the day!!!Straight from Austin, Texas, Smoke Meister Jeremiah "Brisket" Bruni and his travelling band of American BBQ Masters will be serving up Texas-style American BBQ at the Capital Craft Beer Academy.
Texas smoked meat is dry-rubbed with a pepper-heavy mixture of seasonings and smoked low and slow for up to 16 hours! If you can't make the trip to Texas, at least you can send your mouth there!
