Learn to create a selection of Indian flatbreads such as chapattis, parathas and including lesser known traditional breads like rotla and spicy thepla, made using a variety of grains like sorghum and millet, as well as the usual wheat. This interactive masterclass aims to be a relaxed and enjoyable learning experience. Cost £32 per person, including all ingredients and a vegetarian/vegan lunch and refreshments.
