Let's celebrate another beautiful evening walking or running under the light of the fullmoon!
Details:
Meet at Sardinia Bay Parking Lot by 6:15pm
Pre-run/walk briefing at 6:20pm
We start at 6:30pm
Bring headlamp & hydration
Everyone at their own pace - Faster runners go further, slower runners & walkers turn sooner
Everyone heads out along the beach for maximum half an hour, then turn to be back at parking lot by 7:30pm
Bring your own drinks & snacks for after-run social.
No technical sections - over the dune then flat beach sand out and back
Walkers are welcome - bring a buddy
IMPORTANT NOTICE: this fullmoon run coincides with Guy Fawkes Day - absolutely NO FIREWORKS allowed!!
PLEASE NOTE:
Sardinia Bay is located within a marine protected area - please respect nature.
Well behaved dogs ON LEASH are welcome.
Remember your poop bag!
This is a social event - you participate entirely at your own risk.
Bring your own drinks & snacks.
