A taste of the rhythm of our days:
8am – Mindful walk (for early risers)
9am – Morning yoga
11am – Brunch
3.30pm – Circle singing
5pm – Restorative yoga
7pm – Dinner
8ish – Gong bath, evening singing or gathering around the fire
