[FULL] Women's Guided Backpacking Trip: Foothills Trail SC
Advertisement
Join me this fall for an unforgettable trek along the beautiful Foothills Trail. Winding through the Blue Ridge foothills of South Carolina, this trail delivers everything you could hope for in an autumn backpacking trip—brilliant fall color, cascading waterfalls, quiet forests, and sweeping mountain views that feel made for crisp days on the trail.
Over the course of the week, we’ll hike some of the most scenic sections of the trail, traveling through hardwood forests glowing with fall color, crossing clear mountain streams, and pausing often to appreciate the wild beauty that makes this region so special. Whether you're looking for a physical challenge, time to unplug in nature, or a chance to connect with fellow hikers, this adventure is all about slowing down and soaking in the season.
Expect cool mornings, crunchy leaves underfoot, campfire conversations, and plenty of moments to stop and take in the views.
Come hike, explore, and experience fall in the southern Appalachians with me.

I’ll be there to guide and support the group along the journey… but I won’t be carrying your backpack. 😉

This fee includes:
• Guide leadership for the trip
• Campsite reservations on the first and last night
• Shuttle transportation between trailheads
Gear
Participants are expected to bring their own backpacking gear, including pack, shelter, sleep system, cooking equipment, and personal supplies.
If you don’t have all the gear you need, limited rental setups may be available through me for an additional $50. Rental arrangements must be made in advance of the trip so we can make sure you’re properly outfitted before we hit the trail.
I’m also happy to help review gear lists and offer suggestions to make sure everyone is prepared.
