Full System Reset is a Nervous System & Embodiment breathwork experience designed to help calm the body, release built-up stress and tension, and bring you back to a greater sense of clarity, steadiness, and ease.
When life feels overstimulating, emotionally heavy, mentally loud, or physically full, the body often keeps carrying more than it was meant to. This session supports the nervous system in softening patterns of holding, bracing, and overload so you can reconnect with yourself in a more grounded way.
Through immersive 9D Breathwork soundscapes, guided breath, and supportive nervous system work, this experience helps create space for regulation, restoration, and embodied renewal.
