Full Super Moon Sacred Sound Bath

This class is offered in a gorgeous new studio setting with plenty of room to spread out.

Once your're settled, Jen will gently walk you into a state of calm with a guided meditation, followed by a full moon journaling exercise and will close with a deeply healing quartz crystal sound bath so you may release what needs to go physically and emotionally and drift into bliss.

WHAT TO BRING: a water bottle and any additional supportive props you like. We delight in wearing cozy socks and eye masks. Noise reducing earplugs help soothe sensitive ears.

VIP TICKETS - include pre-set 'rest nests' with a cushy yoga mat, bolster, and organic cotton blanket.
