Fall Flow Down & Sound Bath

Led by Raquel Polanco, lululemon 5th Ave will be hosting a free deep stretch and meditative sound experence to settle into fall.

Our Fall Flow Down sessions will help you unwind and destress as we move through gentle yoga poses, immersed in the soothing sounds of a sound bath to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.

No experience necessary, just bring yourself, a yoga mat, and an open heart.
