Meeting spot:*Far North end of Bradford Beach on the sand. Look for the cross walk.Free street parking - Please read the signs.Meeting roughly in front of the cross walk on the sand, the very end of the beach between 2450 - 2470 N. Lincoln Memorial Dr.

What to bring: Feel free to bring your family and friends to this relaxing energy moving experience. Early June Full Moon - tends to be cooler or unpredictable weather not quite summer yet. Dress in layers to be overly comfortable. (sweatshirt, socks, hat during Shavasana. Weather permitting swimsuit).

It will be dark when we finish. Put your keys away in a safe place before starting. The less you bring the better in case you can't see all your stuff when it's time to go.

The street lights are very bright in this location for your walk back to the car.

Expect a grounding gentle drum ceremony when you arrive while setting up. Use this time to check in, collect tea lights, decorate your space and take in the natural surroundings. We will begin when most of the guests arrive.

Be open, take it in, have fun, bring your positive thoughts and allow them to intensify during this experience for you and for all around you! 🍓🍓🍓🍓

We will make our own labyrinth path in the sand with tea lights. Walking silent meditation to quiet the mind, calm anxieties, reconnect with balance, enhance creativity and self reflection.

Allow the moon energy to surround your body by being present. The illuminating full moon energizes the waves, water and relaxes good energy vibes to your mind body and soul along with the people around you which intensifies the energy. Take in the energy of the stars, moon and waves while we practice in front of Lake Michigan.

Swim at your own risk! No life guard on duty. Moon bathers are welcome after our walking meditation. Soak up the light and energized water.
