The pink moon signifies the beginning of Spring, as we see flowers bloom. In some areas, we see cherry blossoms that officially mark the start of Spring. This is the time to foster growth and embrace transformations. This is the time to shed old patterns and bloom into the new. Notice the beauty of reciprocity in seeing the rewards of our patience during the Winter months.Libra is a cardinal air sign known for being the definition of free-spirit. All special event classes will be a blend of Hatha and Restorative classes. We will start with a warm-up, perform a strengthening flow, then cool it down with some restorative postures.
Classes include 45 min yoga class, 15 min Meditation. Open to all levels.
Classes will be up to 2-3 people, and sign ups will be first come first serve. See weekly schedule for more class times. All classes can be booked separately as semi-private and private sessions.
