Join Julia and members of the Ottawa yogi community for a refreshing moonlit hour-long practice, dedicated to honouring the power of the Sturgeon Full Moon in Aquarius. Expect gentle flows and deep stretches to compliment the emotional freedom that accompanies this lunar cycle. This class is open to all levels of practice. Participants should bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
Bio:
Julia is a 200h YTT certified instructor, instructing in the Ottawa area for the last 6 years. Julia earned her certification in Hatha and Ashtanga yoga abroad in Vietnam. Her teaching style combines strength and flexibility to build heat within the body. Her personal philosophy is that yoga is practice, not perfection, enjoy and have fun along the way.

Joignez-vous à Julia et aux membres de la communauté de yoga lors d’une séance rafraîchissante d’une heure sous la lune, qui vise à rendre hommage au pouvoir de la pleine lune de l’Esturgeon en verseau. Profitez de la douce fluidité des mouvements et des étirements intenses qui favorisent la liberté émotionnelle accompagnant ce cycle lunaire. La séance est offerte aux personnes de tous les niveaux. Les participants doivent apporter un tapis de yoga et une bouteille d'eau.
Bio :
Ayant suivi la formation de professeur de yoga certifié de 200 heures, Julia enseigne dans la région d’Ottawa depuis 6 ans. Elle a obtenu sa certification en yoga hatha et ashtanga au Vietnam. Son style d’enseignement combine la force et la souplesse en vue de créer de la chaleur émanant directement du corps. Selon sa philosophie personnelle, le yoga relève de la pratique et non de la perfection, alors profitez-en et amusez-vous lors de cette séance.
