Join us for our next Full Moon Yoga + Ritual under the Strawberry Moon! 🌕

Like every month's moon, there are a handful of names for June's full moon across cultures and regions: the Strawberry Moon, Raspberry Moon, Honey Moon, Rose Moon... ALL dripping in sweetness and the abundance of the season. This is the time of year where gardens begin to burst with growth. The sun hangs bright in the sky; this is also the closest full moon to the Summer Solstice. The night is brief and we can bask in the delayed shift through sunset and dusk.

We will start the evening with a gratitude + manifestation practice, showing appreciation for all that we have, and calling in all that is still meant to be. Flowers, fruits, and honey will be incorporated both symbolically and tangibly as sweet treats! We will close out the evening with some melty + sweet restorative yoga 🍓
