Join us for a one of a kind event that combines Yoga, Nature, Music and Connection. Full Moon Yoga is a slow and intentional flow set to healing music.
Using the unique power of the moon, you can let go of anything no longer serving you...negative patterns or habits, ways of being, relationships, you name it! You'll be guided to replace that new space with gratitude and a new way of being in our mind, body, and spirit.
Class will include warmup, flow and time to meditate on the beauty of the Full Moon (weather permitting). Please note: If the clouds cooperate, we will be able to see the moon. If not, we can still have a glorious time on the beach and know the moon is above us.

*This is the ORIGINAL Full Moon Yoga of NW Florida.

*Teacher's voice is amplified with professional sound system so you don't have to strain to hear verbal cues. If you've ever been to a class on the beach you know how important this is

*Gentle guided tapping (on pressure points) to help release old thoughts/patterns/habits
*Essential oils chosen according to moon cycle/astrological situations
*Brief historical background of each Full Moon title and it's unique magical quality
*Community with others in a gorgeous setting
The first event is Friday, March 14th at 6:30 p.m. at Pensacola Beach Park East.
Park East has over 100 parking spots as well as restrooms. It has been confirmed with Santa Rosa Island Authority that restrooms will close at sunset (often earlier), so plan accordingly.
Regular Ticket Price is $25.

Online Registration closes at 2 p.m. on day of event but don't be alarmed, you can still register in person at the beach the day-of!
Day of registration is cash or Venmo at the beach.
