Full Moon Yoga in the Dome

The Full Moon is a time of release and reflection. The monthly lunar cycle of waxing and waning invites us to embrace our own physical and emotional tides. Through mindful movement we align mind, body, and spirit and deepen our connection to the natural ebb and flow of life.

Join Jill for a full moon yoga practice that balances gentle yoga flow with a restorative practice to bring deep relaxation and help release tension in the body and mind.

For parking, look for Lot B on the SIUE campus. Parking is free on Sundays.
