Join a special class led by Tandy Martin. This 90-minute, non-heated practice honors the energy of the Flower Moon — a time associated with growth, renewal, and coming into full expression. The class will begin with a gentle, intentional vinyasa flow to awaken the body and connect breath to movement, then gradually transition into grounding, restorative postures designed to help you slow down, release, and receive.This class invites you to move with awareness, soften into stillness, and reconnect with yourself as you reflect, reset, and realign. Expect a calming, supportive atmosphere with space to both energize and deeply rest.
