Join us for a luxurious 90 minute Full Moon Yoga Flow & Meditation at 5:15pm - 6:45pmFind a moment each month to flow and release under the Full Moon. During our 90 minute gathering, we will find a themed slow flow, look at the astrology of the month, release and enjoy a deep Nidra meditation.
Watch out for extra additions, such as sound healing, oracle cards, ceremonial cacao and other beautiful ways to celebrate a new lunar cycle.
