Held in my dedicated Sound healing room with crystals embedded into the mats you lie on.
Guided meditation to start with to help you drop into the sound healing.
The sound healing session will produce frequencies that take you from beta (13-32hz) – alpha (8-13hz) – theta (4-8hz). The benefits of being in alpha and theta brainwave states are to help you physically & mentally relax more, have heightened awareness, less noise in your head, gain insight and allow the body to heal itself.
Sound is medicine that goes beyond the thinking mind and takes us to a place where true healing happens.
