Experience Assateague’s peaceful surroundings, clear your mind and exercise your body while the full moon rises over the ocean. Practice is led by our amazing instructor Chrissy Ehrhart of Zenna Wellness Studio. All levels welcome! BYO beach towel, insect repellent is recommended just in case. Free but park entrance fees are in effect. All gifts of donation support Assateague Island's Alliance's mission to promote the awareness, education, and stewardship of Assateague Island National Seashore's wildlife and natural resources for the enjoyment of current and future generations.
