Full moons are a powerful time for letting go and getting back to yourself - grounded, relaxed and at ease. A full moon yoga flow can help you release using movement to unblock energy through the body. Join yoga instructor Maryann Quinn for a relaxing hour of nocturnal yoga indoors that will help to restore peace and tranquility.
