Join us for a unique and grounding yoga experience under the energy of the full moon. This special class blends gentle movement, breathwork, and mindful intention to help you release what no longer serves you and make space for clarity and renewal.
Set to soft music and guided by moonlight (weather permitting or candlelit indoors), Full Moon Yoga is designed to align your body, mind, and spirit with the powerful lunar cycle. Suitable for all levels, this class includes a slow-flow sequence, deep stretches, meditation, and a closing ritual to honor the full moon's energy.
What to Expect:
