Full Moon Yoga

Connect to your breath body and the lunar energy during this special Full Moon Yoga class. This all-levels flow is designed to help you release reflect and restore through intentional movement breathwork and deep relaxation. Expect a grounding atmosphere soft lighting and a playlist to match the moonlit vibe. Bring a mat (mats are also provided) water and anything else you need to get cozy (blanket crystals journal etc.).
