Full Moon Beach Flow: Lunar Glow Vinyasa
Join us for a magical evening under the stars as we harness the potent energy of the full moon. Set against the soothing rhythm of the waves, this session is designed to help you empty your cup under the full moon and refill with the silver light of new possibilities.
✨ What to Expect
This class features a gentle, cooling Vinyasa flow accessible to all levels. We will move through a sequence designed to settle the nervous system, using the ocean breeze and lunar light to guide our practice.
Chandra Bhedana Pranayama: "Moon Piercing Breath" to quiet the chatter and cool the body.
Hip-Opening Warm-ups: Gentle, water-like movements to unlock tension in the hips and prepare for fluid motion.
Moon Salutation (Peak Flow): A circular, meditative flow along the length of the mat—shifting like the tides to build a soft, internal glow.
Meditative Release & Reflect: A guided ritual to pour out what is full and heavy, creating space to be refilled by the moon's silver light.
Lunar Savasana: Rest deeply under the panoramic night sky, grounding your energy in the natural soundtrack of the tide.
Bring a large towel to place under your mat to keep the sand at bay (or no mat as it is not required) and perhaps a cozy sweater for our final meditation and an extra layer if it is chilly.

We will see you in the sand where we will breathe with the tide at Racine's beautiful North Beach at the south end near the yacht club.
