Join us for a special Full Flower Moon Yoga & Soundscape inside the breathtaking Museum of Modern Renaissance in Somerville. ✨

The Full Flower Moon is named for the abundance of blossoms that arrive in the heart of spring. 🌸 It symbolizes renewal, growth, fresh energy, and new beginnings — the perfect time to clear out what feels heavy, reset your mindset, and make space for what you want to grow.

This immersive evening is an invitation to slow down, move with intention, and reconnect with yourself in one of the most visually stunning spaces around. 🎶🧘‍♂️

Together, we’ll move through a grounding 60-minute all-levels yoga flow followed by a deeply relaxing 15-minute soundscape during savasana, featuring crystal singing bowls and percussion instruments designed to help you unwind, reset, and recharge. 🔔✨

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this experience is open to all levels.

Come move in community, soak in the energy of the full moon, and set intentions for the season ahead. 🌕💫
