Join us for a magical evening under the glow of the full moon as we gather outdoors for a deeply restorative yoga & sound bath experience.
Surrounded by nature, candlelight, peaceful energy, and the beauty of the evening sky, this special gathering is designed to help you release stress, reconnect to yourself, and recharge your mind, body, and spirit.
We’ll begin with a gentle all-levels yoga flow to open the body and calm the nervous system, followed by an immersive sound bath journey filled with healing vibrations, soothing instruments, and deep relaxation beneath the moonlight.
This is your invitation to slow down…
to breathe…
to ground…
and to come home to yourself.
Bring your yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else to keep cozy outdoors. If weather is not good we will move to studio inside.
All experience levels welcome.
Come move with the moon and experience an unforgettable night of healing, peace, and connection.
This is held in the yard on the side of the plaza near our studio.
